My Review: I have never had much expectations for Rose's. Normally they are too sweet for my liking. However, I did learn through a lecture they can be very dry as well. When I smelled this wine I recognized berries like blueberries and raspberries. It smelled overwhelmingly fruity. I then tasted the wine and it's sweetness matched the intense fruity aroma. I could tell it was left with a lot of residual sugars and was more of a sparkled wine. This wine was not paired with food. Perhaps it would have been better with food, but I was not a fan.
