Bottle's Review: Our Cabernet Sauvignon appreciates the warmer vineyards of California's lower foothills, bringing out elegant flavors of black cherry and chocolate.

My Review: This wine gave off some dark fruit aromas but also some floral notes. Like in many red wines I have tasted, I got hints of black cherry. But this wine had some more spice to it. I detected some toasty flavors that reminded me of coffee. After reading the back of the wine I was able to recognize some of the chocolate flavors. It was pretty balanced and smooth; not very acidic. Though it was not paired with food, this was an enjoyable wine that I would try it again.
