My Review: This wine smelled of light fruits such as apples, pears, and lemons. However, I also got whiffs of vanilla, oak, and spice. When I tasted the wine, I was able to recognize the flavors of apples and pears. The wine tasted somewhat buttery, perhaps due to being in oak. The mouthfeel was relatively heavy and a bit of a buttery film was left on the pallet. Flavors of lemon persisted, giving the wine a long finish. I did not have the wine paired with food, but I really enjoyed it.
